About Me

Who am I?

For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated by psychology – why people think, feel, and act the way they do. Or in other words, what does it really mean to be human? This curiosity has taken me far and wide, and it continues to drive me today. Throughout my journey, I have learned that there are certain systems, patterns, and tendencies in the ways we humans function, this knowledge, I draw upon on in my work. At the same time, there is something distinctive and unique about each of us, which continues to fascinate me in my work as a psychologist.

I believe that my work as a psychologist is to help and support people in living the life they want.

I believe that a good therapy process is a combination of help, support, and care, mixed with tools, techniques, and constructive input. All my sessions are based on the person I am sitting with and the problems or challenges you may bring.
My approach is primarily third-wave cognitive therapy, which means I combine cognitive behavioural therapy with mindfulness. In therapy, we will work with your thoughts and thought patterns and how they affect you, and at the same time, we will work on being present with and in contact with the emotions you have and experience. If you are curious or have any questions, please feel free to reach out. Send me an email, and we can arrange a short phone call to align expectations. After that, you can decide whether you would like to start a course of therapy.
